At Dick's, the staff has as much fun as the guests- just ask ‘em! Where else can you come to work in jeans and a t-shirt, play like a kid, laugh like a hyena, run around like a banshee, and make big silly hats and balloons like a clown? Our place is intentionally fun and generally unrestricted with the exception that the staff is not to let "the fun" get in the way of good service. The atmosphere of Dick's Last Resort, and the seemingly carefree nature of its staff, is a cover for serious business practices and years of successful experience in food and bar service. On one side of the equation is a full-tilt silly room of fun while on the other side is a hardcore management team who crosses the “t’’s and dots the "i’s".
